Our cut-off time is 2:30 PM. Orders placed after 2:30 PM will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that no orders are dispatched on Sundays or public holidays in Pakistan.

Advance Payment Policy
For orders above PKR 15,000, customers are required to deposit 10% of the total amount in advance before order processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchange only — no refunds will be issued.
The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is received damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us proof (photo or video) within 24 hours of delivery so we can review and process your exchange.
